Social Media Manager

We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic & English) Social Media Manager to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital trends, brand communication, and content performance across platforms.
Key Criteria:
Bilingual fluency in Egyptian Arabic and English (written & spoken).
3–4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
Demonstrated success in developing social media strategies tailored to brand objectives.
Strong skills in building and managing social media calendars across platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Ability to create, brief, and adapt content for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice.
Hands-on experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media performance using analytics tools.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
Strong understanding of local cultural nuances, trends, and digital consumer behavior in Egypt and the wider MENA region.
Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with creative, strategy, and client teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
