Madxia is looking for a dynamic
Account Manager – Social Media Specialist
to oversee and manage our digital brand presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and monitor the strategic social media plans and content calendars for multiple brands.

·      Manage client and internal accounts, ensuring timely delivery and campaign performance.

·      Coordinate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver impactful digital campaigns.

·      Analyze campaign results and prepare detailed performance reports and insights.

·      Optimize campaigns using analytics to improve engagement, conversion, and brand growth with the media buyer department.

·      Monitor competitors and beauty industry trends to identify new content and campaign opportunities.

·      Handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and consistency.

·      Present campaign results, improvement plans, and strategic recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

· years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Account Executive, or Content Creator, or previous experience in the same position.

·      Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

·      Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or brands simultaneously.

·      Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

·      Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

·      Strong leadership skills is a must.

·      Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

·      Experience working within a marketing or digital agency is an asset.

·      Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.

·      Digital marketing diploma holder is a must

·      New Cairo or nearby residences are preferred.
