**Job Summary**:
The Junior Sales Agent will assist in driving sales by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Shutter Shop products. This role involves proactive outreach, product presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice on Shutter Shop’s products, including materials, designs, and pricing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with leads to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of sales experience (training will be provided).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
