You will be working as Technical Sales Support - Motor, will be the part of Motion business area for IEC LV Motors Division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible to provide best in class technical and commercial support to the sales organization in EG and allocated market Be the technical domain expertise and go-to person for internal and external customers. Select and identify the best fit and cost efficient solutions to meet customer requirements. Prepare in full coordination with the sales team value-based offerings to ensure ABB is well positioned to win matching customer needs.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Knowing how of complete offering portfolio and independent product selection, good in handling sales for technically complex cases and larger projects where product management expertise required
- Preparing of marketing material for digital offerings, advanced s and value proposition to promote offerings, ensuring to complete and timely quotes, average response time for offers not exceed 2 days and preparing technical and commercial offers for standard products and discuss with customer to finalize order
- Ensuring we have professional templates, implementing a consistent offering touch and feel to the customer motion as a whole. Updating databases
- (Customer, Supplier, Risk Review, ABB install base tools), coordinating with sales team to ensure on-time order booking, time sheet entry, revenues and with partners for training, price list, offers and orders as well
- Participating in conferences, workshops, lunch, learn sessions and conduct training sessions for customers and key stakeholders, support order handlers and project managers in execution where applicable. Providing support for receivables collection
- High amount of accuracy and speed needing to ensure on-time offering with zero errors, availability and responsiveness beyond working hours to support critical customer requests such as emergency shutdowns, warranty cases, failures and related immediate support requests
- Professional update for SFDC and sales tools to ensuring proper sales pipeline management, documentation for orders and contracts to ensure professional hand over to operations, contributing to sales winning strategy with best in class sales and technical support
- Preparing FCM and costing sheets in full alignment with sales, operations, SCM and controlling, working closely with sales in formulating strategies, strong collaboration with all business functions like SCM, controlling HSE and operations and supporting to achieve OR targets set with GM% planned - cost efficient solution offerings

**Your background**:

- Electrical, Power Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering degree
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- Experience in back-end support
- Comprehensive technical understanding ABB Motors, commercial terms and conditions - defend and negotiate profitable and risk-free contracts as per ABB guidelines
- Microsoft package excellent knowledge, tendering skills to quote for complete solution in specific projects related to Marines & metal segment and relentless ownership, dedication and thoroughness
- Hard Worker and Fast learner
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is mandatory and French language is a plus
