**We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking a Senior Power BI Developer in Cairo, Egypt.**

Responsible for the development and administration of Business Intelligence tools, the Senior Power BI Developer manages data sources, transforms data, and converts raw data into meaningful insights using interactive reports and dashboards.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- Design, Develop and Deploy Microsoft Power BI business intelligence solutions after performing deep data analysis.
- Work on layering multiple Power BI charts into one cohesive chart.
- Work on Power BI tools such as Power Query, Power Pivot, etc. in Power BI.
- Create and maintain normalized data relationship models in Power BI.
- Perform advanced formatting of layout in Power BI, maintaining color schema and aesthetics to achieve great user experience.
- Publish Power BI solution to external users in the best possible way.
- Create custom charts, custom calculations, and use of filters & graphs for better understanding.
- Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards for interactive representation with crucial factors of overall growth.
- Data Mining, Importing and Transforming data from various sources like SQL Servers.
- Data Warehouse Development and work on SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Work on data models, machine learning models and data relationship management for better insights.
- Chart creation and data documentation explaining data models, relations, and algorithms.
- Identify KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) with clear objectives and continuous monitoring.
- Create timelines for growth trends and expected outcomes.
- Work with other team members for business suggestions and improvement.

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 7 to 10 years of BI experience specifically in developing, deploying and publishing Microsoft Power BI solutions.
- Proven experience as a Senior Power BI Developer
- Excellent background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
- High degree of expertise with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
- Good communication and presentation skills - experience gathering requirements directly from Business
- Strong PowerBI visualization experience and ability to talk to business users about their dashboarding/reporting requirements.
- Ability to innovate and create great Power BI solutions to meet unique business requirements.
- Strong SQL or Excel experience
- Able to work with the Business users on their automation and BI requirements, then utilize the MS Power toolset to create solutions that fulfill the business requirements
- Power Automate, PowerApps development skills are a plus
- Advanced knowledge of scripting languages used in Power BI such as DAX used for calculated columns, measures, custom tables, etc.
- Knowledge of Python and R are preferred.
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field preferably the American University
- Based in Cairo, Egypt
