You will Execute of operational T&E processing, and you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of auditing / posting of employees’ Travel & Expense claims is in accordance with Service Level Agreements as agreed.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Reviewing and verifying travel and expense reports submitted by employees through Concur.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding travel and expense reimbursement.
- Reconciling receipts and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of expense claims
- Processing payments and issuing reimbursements to employees upon alignment with S2P Payments team.
- Giving advice to employees to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to travel and expense claims.
- Communicating with employees to provide guidance and support on travel and expense policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of travel and expense transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure timely and accurate processing of travel and expense reimbursements.

**What will make you successful**
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting field.
- Experience working in Cross-functional teams.
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Detail Oriented and Organized.
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment.
- Bilingual English & Arabic.
- Fluent Turkish speaker is a must
