- Summary_

The Cyber Security Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, monitoring, and reporting all cyber security activities within the consortium group, third parties and with customers or its representative. That is, according to defined cyber security policy or plan.

Supports the Cyber Security Manager in ensuring that a comprehensive security review is performed on project solutions which meets requirements and schedule. Facilitates security reviews and prepares minutes of meetings for cyber security working groups within the consortium group and with customers. Assist in monitoring and reporting to projects, the status of cyber security activities.
- Responsibilities:_
- Coordinates within the consortium group for all security activities including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings for security working groups, preparing minutes of meetings, tracking the status of cyber security activities including actions assigned to each group.
- Coordinates with third-party to perform penetration tests and/or security audits on project solutions (i.e. Power Supply, Signalling, Telecommunications, Centralized Control, and Electro-Mechanical systems).
- Coordinates with customers or their representatives (e.g. a government agency) for security reviews of project solutions.
- Supports the Cyber Security Manager in preparing documentation for internal consortium security working group and also for security working group with customers.
- Monitors and reports on overall cyber security activities status/ KPI to the Cyber Security Manager.
- Coordinates within the Hitachi Rail GTS for all security activities including, but not limited to, scheduling meetings for security working groups, preparing minutes of meetings, tracking the status of cyber security activities including actions assigned to each group.
- Coordinates with third-party to perform penetration tests and/or security audits on project solutions (i.e. Signaling, Telecommunications, Centralized Control and Automatic Fare Collection systems).
- Coordinates with customers (consortium) for security reviews of project solutions.
- Supports the Hitachi Rail GTS Cyber Security Manager in preparing documentation for internal consortium security working group and also for security working group with customers.
- Monitors and reports on overall cyber security activities status/ KPI to the Hitachi Rail GTS Cyber Security Manager.
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- More than 3 Years of experience in engineering management, work package management, or cybersecurity management.
- Expertise on project and system development lifecycle, engineering gates and process.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with senior management about complex technical matters.
- Ability to make public presentation and demonstration to customers.
- Excellent writing skills, experience writing papers, and technical documentation.
- Working experience with security standards: ISO 27001/2, NIST SP 800 series, IEC 62443.
- CISSP security designation.
- Engineering management, project management and industrial control systems expertise.
