**Position : Business Analyst**

**Location; NBS**

**Role Overview**:
a **Data Analyst** in the **(FMCG) industry Out Of Home at Nestlé**, will play a key role in **turning data into actionable business insights** that drive commercial success. Expertise in data collection, processing, and analysis will support key business decisions across channels and customers for NP, ensuring optimal performance and market growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Collection & Management**
- ** Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources (SAP, Burger Index, Euro monitor, eCommerce, Distributor Data, Internal Sales Dashboards).**:

- ** Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency to enable reliable decision-making.**

**Performance Tracking & Reporting**
- ** Develop and maintain sales and market share dashboards to track Category/channel & Customer performance.**:

- ** Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to support Commercial team.**:

- ** Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.**

**Market & Consumer Insights**
- ** Analyse customer, channel trends, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.**:

- ** Utilize Internal data, Distributor data, Burger index & Euromonitor and other syndicated data sources to provide insights.**

**Business Intelligence & Forecasting**
- ** Conduct ROI analysis on promotions, pricing strategies, and trade investments to optimize commercial decisions.**

**Data-Driven Decision Making**
- ** Provide actionable insights to improve assortment, distribution, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.**:

- ** Collaborate with Commercial development team exclusively to align data insights with business strategies.**

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Excel & SQL.**:

- Experience with **BI tools** (Power BI)
- Knowledge of **statistical analysis**

**Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Critical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

**Business Acumen**:

- Understanding of business KPIs and the ability to align data insights with company objectives.
- Ability to tell a story with data to influence stakeholders.

**Communication & Stakeholder Management**:

- Strong presentation and data visualization skills ( Power point)
- Ability to translate technical findings into simple, impactful business insights.

**Success Metrics & Impact**:
Accuracy and timeliness of reports and dashboards.
Value-added insights that drive revenue or process improvements.
Effective collaboration with teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Contribution to automation and innovation in data processing.
