**Job Title**: Senior Accountant Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage comprehensive bookkeeping processes, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash management, bank reconciliations, and maintaining optimal liquidity levels.
- Handle daily accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and reconcile online payment systems, including PayPal, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in accordance with US tax laws and healthcare industry regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable policies.
- Conduct thorough audits of financial transactions and documentation, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Generate and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and provide insights on financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, proactively manage receivables, and lead effective collection efforts.

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of proven professional experience in accounting and taxation, with preference for experience in healthcare organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (English Section) or a relevant field; professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of US accounting policies, tax regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping and treasury operations, including management of online payment systems (e.g., PayPal).
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, accounts receivable management, collections, and comprehensive financial documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues independently.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- High ethical standards with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- **Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare compliance standards.
- Experience with HR or payroll management systems.
- Strong communication and reporting skills to present complex financial information clearly and accurately.
