Sales Consultant

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the sales team to create amazing itineraries and deliver exceptional customer service, all while adhering to the high standards of Intrepid. You'll become a master of our products, both new and existing, gaining a deep understanding that will allow you to meet customer needs and even anticipate their desires.
Your main focus will be assessing customer requirements and providing product options to exceed their expectations. Whether you're proactively suggesting exciting possibilities or responding to specific requests, your expertise and attention to detail will help secure the sale. You'll be the bridge between our customers and their dream experiences, ensuring that every step from booking to departure aligns with our unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time 12-month contract position located in our office in Cairo, Egypt.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Sales or equivalent
- Knowledge of designing trips, preferably relating to small group adventures or similar
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to accurately use systems and create or train others in processes to provide a quality customer experience
- Experience in adventure travel product development
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
You’ll have a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally. You’ll be driven and motivated by sales targets and to achieve sales incentives. Most importantly, you will share Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth, and responsibility.
