Act as the main point of contact between Accounting Department and the SAP

implementation team.
- Ensure clear communication of business requirements to the SAP implementation partner.
- Collaborate with the BPO to gather, document, and validate business requirements specific to

your department.
- Ensure all requirements are accurately reflected in the SAP S4HANA system.
- Validate and approve department-specific configurations and customizations in the SAP

system.
- Ensure configurations align with business requirements and processes.
- Document any issues, changes, or updates to processes and configurations.
- Provide regular updates to the implementation team and department leadership.
- Regularly consult with the department's SME for technical insights and advanced

configurations.
- Engage in joint sessions with SMEs for detailed process mapping, validation, and problem
- solving.

Job Requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform necessary actions when needed to guarantee proper data quality
- Facilitate data migration efforts for your department, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee the preparation, cleansing, and validation of data to be migrated.
- Coordinate and actively participate in all testing stages, including functional, integration,

performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
