As an SAP Basis Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, manage installations, and maintain system integrity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain SAP systems (R/3, ECC, S/4HANA, etc.), ensuring high availability and performance.
- Conduct regular system monitoring and troubleshooting to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and migrations of SAP landscapes.
- Implement and oversee security measures, authorizations, and role management within the SAP system.
- Manage database backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning.
- Collaborate with functional teams on system configurations and enhancements.
- Document processes, system changes, and technical specifications for ongoing support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, administration, and system performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and transports.
- Familiarity with database management, particularly with HANA and traditional databases.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are an advantage.
