**Company Overview**: Leaders Training Centre is a leading Training Provider in **QATAR **committed to excellence in procurement and supply chain management. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a **CIPS Trainer**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for individuals and groups on CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) principles and practices.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective training materials, ensuring that the content aligns with the latest industry standards and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and support to participants, guiding them through the CIPS certification process.
- Stay abreast of developments in procurement and supply chain management, incorporating relevant updates into training programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of our organization and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of practical experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- MCIPS certification is required.
- Proven experience as a trainer or educator in the field of procurement and supply.
- Strong knowledge of CIPS principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methodologies to diverse learning styles.

Pay: E£154,279.00 - E£179,993.00 per month
