Bigdata Service Delivery Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage overall accountability of the Quality of Service of EDH.
- Closely follow up and communicate with OCB SDM for EDH service.
- Ensure structured reporting and needed KPIs are provided to measure the SLA achievements and present it to OBS IT management.
- Ensure the needed monitoring is implemented to effectively support the service stability and quality.
- Maintain proactive approach to avoid capacity issues & repeated failures and hence avoid crisis situations
- Manage with stakeholders the capacity management effectively to maintain optimum usage of the available resource and best usage plan followed to reduce the cost.
- Implement Service Improvement Plan (SIP) if service degradation identified.
- Work with global remote teams in a matrix organization to accomplish the business outcomes.
- Drive monthly service review meeting to discuss with stakeholders the achievements and challenges during the last month.
**about you**:
- Technical and operational understanding of Big Data and Cloud
- Minimum overall professional working experience of 5+ years.
- Experience as Service Delivery Manager is a plus.
- Experience in preparing service level reports and dashboard
- Good Interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills with senior leadership level stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of Agile method of project implementation
- Fluent in English - French is a plus
