**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases.
- Document and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive QA documentation including test scripts, results, and audit trails.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and agile ceremonies.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal QA standards and external regulatory requirements.

**Qualification and Certificates**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
