The Associate Manager-Partner Relations at ArabyAds plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with affiliates and influencers within our network. Reporting to the Partner relations Manager, this position involves day-to-day operations related to campaign activities, coordination with our partners, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.

**Description Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Partner Manager to execute day-to-day campaign activities with the assigned list of affiliates and influencers.
- Identify, contact, and re engage influencer and affiliate partners within our network.
- Conduct weekly catch-up calls with influencers and affiliates to provide recommendations and suggestions to enhance revenue from existing advertisers.
- Generate reports to evaluate performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare presentations and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with them to suggest innovative ideas and content for product reviews, content creation, and unboxing experiences. Supporting the partners with the most effective ways of promotion
- Analyze their performance metrics, audience demographics, and content to optimize campaign strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with influencers and affiliates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Creative and resourceful, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the influencer marketing industry with a strong desire to learn and stay updated on industry trends.

**Experience**:

- 2 Years of experience in affiliate marketing and influencer management.
