Job responsibilities:

- Perform new client compliance due diligence and ongoing due diligence.
- Performing monitoring and analysis of client activity on a day-to-day basis.
- Develop, execute, and maintain client and compliance related reporting.
- Continuously identify areas of opportunity for improvement in processes and take the lead in establishing required revisions to existing processes in order to resolve opportunities identified.
- Perform and support client annual reviews as assigned.
- Support growth compliance issues tracking and reporting.
- Support process owner and third-party vendor oversight for activities that directly impacts growth program compliance.
- External engagement in industry organizations, forums, and other platforms that are material to growth.
- Support audits and reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4 years of growth experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in payment processing preferred.
- Direct experience working and communicating directly with customers, and ability to quickly understand end-to-end processes and payment flows for payment processing, including digital wallet models, and applicable requirements.
