**Emirati Travel Agency is in search of ( detail-oriented Reservation Officer ) to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.**
- To be successful as a Reservation Officer you must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. in addition, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers

Requirements: ( **Salary is negotiable upon assessment** )

1- MANDATORY EXPERIENCE WITH UAE AS A DESTINATION

2- MANDATORY CAIRO BASED

3- Experience working in Tourism industry not less than 5 years.

4- Experience about most popular destinations worldwide.

5- Customer-service experience.

6- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

7- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.8- Flexible working hours

**Salary**: From E£111.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
