- 11311**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and develop solution that meet their needs.
- Integrate subsystems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems are operating smoothly and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of new software releases and updates.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, software engineering or a related field.
- Technical skills in SAP and Salesforce, including experience with custom development and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile apps and other tech products
