You will be working as Contracts Manager and will be the part of Process Automation business area for Energy Industries division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be responsible for providing contract management services to the Local Division, ensuring all contract management activities are executed in accordance with Corporate/Business Area and Division policies including company procedures and the contract management framework

**Your responsibilities**:

- Overseeing contract portfolio, including end-to-end contract management, review commercial/technical terms of tenders and drawing up appropriate strategies in this area
- Contributing to negotiations, manage contract execution (including aspects relating to T&Cs, specifications, etc.) and handling contract closure as well as performance review
- Establishing procedures to identify changes to contracts and quantify additional amounts due, in addition to handling claims and managing dispute resolution in cooperation with Legal department
- Providing professional support with regard to purchasing activities (purchase orders, contracts, etc.), analyzing contractual terms to identify potential risks, and draw up risk mitigation plans
- Ensuring defined standards relating to contract insurance are met and maintaining close dialogue with insurance risk management for the purpose of addressing issues regarding insurance cover
- Working in close collaboration with Legal department to ensure accurate handling of all export control matters, in addition to reviewing contracts/projects with regard to export restrictions

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
- Minimum 7 years’ experience relating to systems contracts
- Proven track record of handling projects of varying sizes and complexity in Egypt. Experience should include handling large public sector/Government contracts
- Fluency in both English and Arabic language is mandatory
