innovative and seamless payment experiences for the customers.

**Requirements**:

- Review transactions’ status and block fraud
- Reading daily transaction logs
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Resolve merchant complaints or concerns
- Handle escalations with providers or merchants
- Resolve any reconciliations issues
- Reply to bank inquiries

**Qualifications**:

- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Graduate
- Preferably has previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent in English
