We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities within the chemicals and additives sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out and engage potential customers in the chemicals and additives industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the chemicals and additives industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel, as necessary.
