**Note: This project is for EET Highspeed Rail for Red & Blue Line.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Head of the design review and Engineering team for the Works. He must possess a broad experience in the same position and leading the designs of both Civil and Systems, with special emphasis on issues of constructability design and protection of buildings and infrastructures. This experience must cover all the works concerning stations and ancillary works, as well as architectural, railway systems, rolling stock and interconnections with railway and MEP systems.
- As the Design Review Team Coordinator, he will have knowledge of the main systems used in the EET and associated systems, of the safety requirements for the designs, according to international standards and accepted best practice and shall have a basic knowledge of the railway operations.
- Responsible for the coordination between the diverse groups of work and interface management activities.
- Responsible for the effective execution of the consulting services.
- Act as a Deputy Project Manager in case of the absence of the Head Project Manager.
- Facilitate workshops and design review process in a timely managed manner.
- Responsible for the Quality management system of the consulting services
- Attend the main tests and the commissioning of systems
- Lead and manage a team of railway engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for project success.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements in the railway transportation sector.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports and technical documentation to senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience in the same position and leading the designs of both Civil and Systems, with special emphasis on issues of constructability design and protection of buildings and infrastructures. This experience must cover all the works concerning stations and ancillary works, as well as architectural, railway systems, rolling stock and interconnections with railway and MEP systems.
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience.
- 7 years of professional experience in the same field (Rail Transit Projects).
- 5 years of experience in management and implementation of similar transport infrastructure projects and in a similar position.
- Good communication and management skills and capacity to negotiate and develop good relations at work, fluent in English.
