**Purpose of the job**

Overall responsibility of leading & managing the performance of the Corporate & Enterprise Market through delivering the right value Propositions to achieve the Corporate market subscriber base & revenue growth KPIs, increase customer loyalty and ensure positive customer experience in line with the company annual strategy, objectives and targets.

**Duties and responsibilities**

Planning, budgeting and Strategy Implementation management:

- Allocate and monitor marketing budget in accordance to set deliverables by business marketing team
- In charge for delivering the right marketing mix to achieve the revenue & acquisition growth, increase customer loyalty, and ensure positive customer experience.
- Identify and monitor market segment needs to maintain market leadership within the corporate segment.
- Develop, Manage and follow up on executing a market strategy and plan that would achieve revenue & acquisition growth objectives.
- Accountable for projects under implementation by Corporate marketing team.
- Ensuring the supremacy of the Orange Business brand in the Corporate market
- Set KPIs for the Corporate & Business market.
- Analyze & recommend strategic direction & plan to aid in achieving targeted penetration rate by segment
- Review market feedback received from the sales & customer service teams and provide guidance / recommendations.
- Analyze and recommend the strategic direction and plan to aid in achieving targeted penetration rate by segment.
- Responsible for delivering and achieving set KPIs for the corporate & Business market.

**Loyalty** & retention Management**
- Develop & Manage on going loyalty programs for the caproate segments.
- Forecast, monitor and control churn.
- Review and enhance the existing retention tools and practices.

**Enterprise products, offers, campaigns & pricing management**
- Monitor lifecycles and development phases of products and services.
- Establish & maintain market leadership within segment
- Monitor performance of campaigns and new offers launched in the market against strategic & business objectives.
- Design focused advertising messages targeting each Corporate segment.
- Develop a tailored attack offer against competitors in the market
- Review the current pricing strategies and existing propositions and recommend the best segmentation, the needs of each segment and value propositions that will increase our market share and enhance ARPU.

**People Management**
- Recruit & build the marketing team to have reliable organization driving results in place on time.
- Transfer knowledge to team members.
- Drive and monitor team members performance and support in solving internal problems.
- Evaluate team members performance and motivate them.
- Ensure PDPs for team are in place and follow up on competencies development & progress.

**Job specification**

**Education**
- University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Communication Engineering.

**Experience**
- Minimum 10 -15 years experience in a similar function.
- Proved track record in corporate marketing in the telecommunication industry; preferably in the Egyptian market.
- Sufficient experience with regard to qualitative and quantitative research.

**Skills and abilities**
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Excellent computer skills.

- Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals & strategic thinking process.
