- **Job Purpose**:
Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty to MCV and Mercedes Benz This is in order to generate more sales and achieve the set financial and non-financial objectives regarding workshop activities
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Extend support and adequate level of facilitation to service staff in regard to all technical issues
- Ensure compliance by all concerned employees on technical aspects
- Ensure total compliance of the workshop team to the service manual
- Support the workshop team for running the skill contest
- Provide all branches with diagnostic tools for various models and conduct technical support, maintain follow up and maintenance
- Extend technical advice for all company departments and branches regarding to technical issues
- Respond to all technical problems on production lines in all our factories
- Flexible to travel to different destinations - to be mobile - for extended time period
- Follow up on workshop process and procedures standardization
**Job Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent command of English language
- Good experience in CAD systems (AutoCAD)
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Fair knowledge of Adobe suite (Illustrator
- Acrobat) is an advantage
- Fair knowledge of Sketchup is an advantage
- Excellent Computer skills
- Technical Writing skills are mandatory
- Strong technical background
**Qualifications**:
- BSC in Engineering is a must, preferably Automotive or Mechanical
- 0-3 years of experience in the same field
- Strong technical background
