The Sales Excellence & Commercial Capabilities Lead (SECCD) Lead for Egypt & North Africa is fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Sales Excellence & Commercial Capabilities scope with a cluster focus for the following services:
- Field Force Effectiveness
- Sales Force Automation
- Incentives Compensation
- Business Analytics
- Digital Channel Enablement
- Training & Commercial Capabilities developments.
- Commercial Excellence
The Cluster SECCD Lead & sets the strategy to optimize Company performance & monitor day to day KPIs in addition to upskill filed force organization. Ensure resource optimization.
ROLE SUMMARY
Develop entrepreneurial business strategies and implementing actionable plans that bring value to customers, and optimize short & long-term results different Therapeutics areas across countries
Business Planning & Execution
- Managing and enhancing services for sales &marketing team.
- Support the CM in strategy development, and lead its implementation with continuous monitoring and course correction based on business insights, changing environment, creative strategic planning and proper time-management
- Develop Analytics & dashboard for commercial team to support key business decisions with country leads & commercial
- Resource Optimization through ensuring appropriate resource allocation to the various product segments in each individual market
- Craft the Strategic Planning Document in collaboration with functional leaders, with continuous monitoring and adjustments as per market requirements during the planning period.
- Ensuring all operational & Commercial activities are aligned related SOP.
- Make practical and effective recommendations to prioritize issues and opportunities, bring appropriate resources, best practices and expertise to resolve the issue.
- Be the owner and/or support in all strategic and commercial initiatives.
- Support LT in designing and implementing innovative Go to Market Models leveraging new / change in regulations
Commercial Capabilities Developments
- Transform training to be a critical lever in delivering business value.
- Responsible to ensure that all the customer facing colleagues in the assigned geographies are equipped with the functional and technical skill required to be successful.
- Partner with commercial colleagues to identify the present training needs and future capabilities that are essential in delivering the value of Viatris to the patients we serve and implementing interventions to close identified gaps_._
- Support Field Force origination to meet company objectives through providing skills that enriches their business acumen
- Responsible for developing, updating & executing company Training Curriculum for each job level.
- Regularly conduct Training need assessment to identify field force organizing changing needs that match key market dynamics.
- Responsible to deliver UpToDate training programs with latest methodology & technology (gamification, simulation, workshop, etc )
- successfully delivering different training initiatives that meets filed force organization (classroom training, online, mentoring, shadowing, rotation & coaching).
- Manages the country Commercial Capabilities Budget and assures that all activities are completed within budge
- In coordination with HR & CA help the company to live the Viatris way
- Helps in talent spotting through continues job observation & feedback especially during coaching visits & training workshops follow up plans
- On boarding Development Program for newly hired & newly promoted employees.
- Assist in implementing assessment centers when required. Provides feedback to participants and Committee
Sales Excellence (SFE, Incentive & rewarding, Sales Force Automation)
- Accountable for the local implementation of global/ regional Sales Excellence strategy & Lead business sales support strategy.
- Make optimization plans to increase the operational excellence and external/internal customer’s satisfaction
- Leading & Communication & implementation SFE strategies & activities including Veeva CRM/ CLM, KPIs, Segmentation & Targeting, etc.
- Point of contact for all CRM strategy (planning, execution, upgrading, controlling )
- Responsible for sample management & Operation in compliance with company SOPs.
- Plays a role in In-market target setting, ensuring process implementation and documentation for all
