**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the business partners to define the best digital solutions depending on the ABC / Heineken business strategy and programs
- Support the Business User in the Business Platforms.
- Collect and formalize the requirements of each digital initiatives
- Define the best User Experience and User interface designs
- Lead the scope and timelines of digital projects.
- Plan the project and work with External Parties to deliver technical deployments on platforms.
- Develop digital products and deliver it in terms of testing, trainings & documentations.
- Monitor campaigns and projects on the acquisition platform, track performance
- Implement improvements and recommendations based on the monitoring and the performance tracking.
- Analyse digital trends, new technology and innovations to detect potential opportunities in the acquisition strategy and guide Business partners in defining the best digital solution (project discovery)
- Assessing digital impact (business value, digital complexity, involved agency, )
- Monitoring campaign and project performance using multiple sources of data

**Education & Experiences**

**Educational Background**:BCS of Computer Science, Engineering or Relevant.

**Years of Experience**: 0 - 2 relevant project experience

**Qualifications & Other Requirements**
- Excellent command of English Language
- Knowledge of Salesforce Development is a plus
- Knowledge or MS Power Platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile Way of Working is a plus
- Knowledge of RPA, IoT & AI Conceptsis a plus
