Gr8t Digital, a top-tier Real Estate marketing agency, is hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Agent (ISA) and Appointment Setter to connect with inbound real estate leads, manage client pipelines, and set qualified appointments.
We’re on a mission to help realtors, brokerages, and investors scale through our AI-powered appointment booking systems. Our team is on track to reach half a million in revenue by the end of 2025. If you’ve got experience in cold calling, customer service, or real estate sales support—and you know how to turn interest into booked appointments—this role is for you.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Appointment Booking**: Convert engaged leads into booked appointments for our real estate clients using our CRM and automation tools.
- **Pipeline Management**: Monitor and manage the lead pipeline for multiple client accounts, making sure no lead goes untracked.
- **Client Communication Support**: Work alongside our team to provide client updates, appointment outcomes, and performance feedback.
- **Follow-Up Sequences**: Execute personalized follow-up campaigns for leads who haven’t responded yet, using proven scripts and workflows.
- **Lead Qualification**: Ask smart, relevant questions to uncover a lead’s buying or selling intent, timeline, and motivation.
- **CRM Updates**: Maintain accurate notes and status updates in our internal CRM system (Go High Level).
- **Performance Optimization**: Offer feedback on campaign performance and help us continually improve our lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- **Fluent English**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be confident and clear when speaking to leads.
- **Sales or Customer Service Experience**: At least one year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service roles.
- **Real Estate Knowledge (preferred)**: Understanding real estate terms and processes is a big plus.
- **CRM Familiarity**: Comfort using CRM software to organize leads and move them through sales stages (experience with Go High Level is ideal).
- **Fast Response Times**: You’re the kind of person who responds to lead activity within minutes, not hours.
- **Self-Motivated**: You work well independently and stay focused without needing constant direction.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R6 000 - R15 000
**Additional Pay**: Bonus pay, Commission pay, Overtime pay
**Benefits**: Casual dress, Profit sharing
**Schedule**: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
