**About the Role**

We are looking for a Senior React Frontend Developer who is passionate about building seamless, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. You will play a critical role in shaping the frontend architecture of our products and collaborating closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and modern web experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own and drive frontend architectural decisions, code quality, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into well-functioning features.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.
- Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
- Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure data consistency.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and perform code reviews.

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years using React.js in production environments.
- Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including modern frameworks like Tailwind, SCSS, or styled-components).
- Deep understanding of React core principles, state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar), and modern hooks-based architecture.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, WebSockets, and data-fetching patterns (e.g., React Query, SWR).
- Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook, Material UI, ShadCN, or Chakra UI).
- Familiarity with performance profiling, accessibility (a11y), and SEO best practices.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Exposure to SSR/SSG (Next.js) or micro-frontend architectures is a plus.
- Interest in working alongside AI teams or integrating AI-powered features into the UI is a bonus.
