About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building reliable applications, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities


•Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
•Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.


•Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to define and implement technical solutions.


•Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.


•Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure application performance and security.


•Participate in system architecture and design discussions.


•Mentor junior developers and promote technical excellence across the team.


•Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in backend development.

Requirements


•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


•5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.


•Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and microservices architecture.


•Experience with RESTful APIs, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).


•Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.


•Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


•Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have


•Experience with Spring Cloud, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.


•Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or ).


•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.


•Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.
