**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Putting testing strategy for new projects / products
- Conducting user acceptance testing with different business stakeholders
- Working closely with vendors and development teams to understand the main scope and the desired objectives
- Defining test cases according to the requirements and the scope
- Ensuring that users are trained and able to use the systems or products
- Managing the customer experience journey to ensure GUIs are user friendly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or BA
- 5+ years of experience in products and system testing
- Ability to lead testing and training activities and strategies
- Proven experience in working in Agile environments and leading scrums
- Deep understanding of the Digital industry, and the issues and opportunities its players face, in area such as technology, data and business change
- Deep understanding of how technology and digital unlocks value for business leaders
- Hands on experience in delivering success change agendas
