**Job Purpose**:
Responsibility for the development, performance, governance, and administration of the insurance coverage for and its SBUS to produce an efficient service and risk mitigation. Understands the work requirements and be ensure that the insurance companies and\or broker always performs in the best interests and provides the promised services.

**Strategy Alignment and Insurance Development**
- Oversee the activities Insurance and understanding the Group’s insurance requirements and ensuring full compliance with the insurance framework, thus protecting the Group’s interests from any potential insurance risks.
- Establish the Group’s Insurance strategies, plans, policies, and processes and ensure their effective implementation across the Group.
- Take overall accountability for the effective delivery of the Insurance services in the Group taking into account the SBUs specific business needs and covering both transactional, problem solving and consultative services as appropriate.
- Recommend appointment of the insurance broker \insurance Consultants for insurance committee.
- Prepare an annual survey about the Insurance Broker services and Insurance Company services.
- Risk management is essential to underpin a credible insurance portfolio, to assist and guide our company to develop a risk aware culture through a formal ERM (Enterprise-Wide Risk Management) program.
- Policy Documentation: Audit of all policy contracts to ensure policies are issued in line with Broker \ insurance committee promises and that no unreasonable warranty, clauses, or conditions are included.
- Claims: Monitoring of the claims process and where required on larger losses, guidance on compilation of a formal claim’s submission document.
- Attend the meetings with the broker \insurance company and prepare and supply to the insurance committee, such reports, documents, information, materials and advice.
- Any correspondences in regard to (Claims, Insurance Policies, Risks, Addition\deletionetc.) with broker\insurance company to be through the insurance manager.
- Coordinate with all the concerned departments regarding the Addition\Deletion related to the insurance policy such as employees for medical insurance, motor, equipment’s,.....etc. and sure it is done on the time.
- Arrange a meeting between Insurance Committee and Insurance broker\insurance company by the end of each quarter.
- Monitor the performance of staff on an on-going basis, ensure performance reviews are conducted against agreed goals and competencies and that all staff have an individual development plan.
- Identify training and developmental priorities of the department in consultation with Group CFO and the Human Resources department and ensure that staff are adequately skilled to meet the future requirements of the business.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of mixed experience in Insurance Management field at least 3 of which leading the Insurance Function of a large organization preferably construction or similar industry.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in management or insurance.
