We are currently looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our talented team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and engineering teams to support the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining client relationships, conducting technical presentations, and delivering exceptional support during the pre-sales phase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical guidance
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase our solutions
- Develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs and objectives
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP responses
- Provide expert knowledge on product capabilities and integration with customer environments
- Act as a liaison between clients and the engineering team to communicate technical requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical support, or related role
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, particularly in cybersecurity, networking, and software
- Excellent technical presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in demonstrating technical solutions and explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Egyptian nationality is preferred
