In our location in 6th of October city site, and reporting to the Logistics Manager your role will be:
Coordinate import and export shipments for a large site and monitor related administrative processes from order execution to delivery of goods.

**Your Primary Responsibilities**:
**Outbound responsibilities**:

- You will Manage the end-to-end logistics part of the export business while ensuring meeting the customer requested date of delivery
- You will weekly review with the customer care team to make sure that all actions preparation has been taken
- Monthly bidding of all destinations to obtain the best prices and quality service for the transportation of Export
- You will Manage the booking of transportation according to the customer requirements, Manage the loading activities with warehouse team and freight forwarder to ensure on time loading.
- You will Prepare full set of export shipping documents according to country/Customer requirements
- You will Work together with customs broker(s) to ensure all required customs clearance procedures and documentation are complied with and agreed lead times are met

**Inbound Responsibilities**:

- You will Manage the end-to-end logistics part of the Inbound Business Such as ACID creation, shipments booking, documents transaction, and daily related activities following the goals and procedures
- Monthly/quarter bidding of inbound shipments to obtain the best prices and quality service for the transportation of Inbound
- You will Weekly review with the planning team to make sure that all actions preparation has been taken
- You will Work together with customs broker(s) to ensure all required customs clearance procedures and documentation are complied with and agreed lead times are met.
- Manage with Finance Weekly/Monthly consumptions
- You will Work with the National authority for Food safety (NAFSA)

**Other Responsibilities**
- Verify the service providers invoices for account payable-month end closing and manage Month End accruals
- Implement tools and dashboard to manage monthly analysis along with service providers Measurements
- In case of complaint related to logistics to provide updated with cause or mitigation steps to avoid recurrence of such complaint.
- Analyze transportation cost/freight pend and tie to the financial and cost control
- Build working relationship with team members to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes in logistics cost and service.
- Support standardization of transportation and freight process across the logistics functions.

**People management**
- YOu may lead a small team of shipment administrators.
- Monitor training to Shipping staff with regard to the interpretation of import/export laws and regulations, applicable procedures and product classification.

**Academic Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, engineering or related field

**Professional Experience**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with max. of 10 years with shipping/logistics in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience in people management

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency shipping and receiving regulations and protocol
- Knowledge of transportation supplier landscape
- Knowledge of material/product safety/security norms and regulations
- knowledge of production process flow and scheduling
- Solid IT skills (SAP key user preferred)
- Expertise in regulations applicable to import/export
