We are looking for a medical chart auditor to work with us remotely.
- Detail orientated
- Can accurately identify outliers and inefficiencies in the documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have the ability to present findings and results effectively.
- Must have the ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
- Can conduct comprehensive reviews of medical records and documents supporting claims for medical and behavioral health care services.
- Evaluate completeness of medical records documentation.
- Experience in working in the health care sector is a must.
The duties of a Medical chart auditor are to review medical records for accuracy, quality assurance, billing, and business purposes.

Your responsibilities include assessing medical records to decide whether there is a valid reason for treatment or denial of care and ensuring that the quality of patient care abides by health care policies and standards. In some cases, a chart auditor speaks with healthcare providers to verify the information.

Auditors that work in a health care facility may also use this information to help assess financial and operational efficiency.

Payrate= 5 USD per hour

timings : 8: 30 am to 4 : 30 pm EST

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: E£78.00 - E£80.00 per hour
