**Role purpose**:Head of Vodafone Foundation is responsible for setting the strategy and managing the execution of the Foundation’s projects & communication campaigns adhering to the Vodafone Group strategy and branding guidelines. The role of the operations & development manager is to position Vodafone Egypt Foundation as a brand built on Vodafone’s global commitment to impact people’s lives using digital solutions and to further expand the impact of Vodafone’s corporate responsibility initiatives. This will be done through building relationships and managing internal & external stakeholders including government & non-governmental institutions, overseeing the Foundation’s governance, projects planning, execution with a proper monitoring & evaluation systems.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
Operations & Development Manager
- Articulate Vodafone Egypt Foundation strategy, managing and governing the execution of its projects in full alignment with the Foundation Board with an integrated communications strategy that positively impacts Vodafone’s reputation.
- Lead strategic partnerships with the government, and non-governmental organizations to expand the impact of the different initiatives and to reach as many beneficiaries as possible.
- Create Vodafone Egypt Foundation NGO Brand as Vodafone Egypt great brand asset and build its capacity to build brand loyalty in the market through strategic partnerships for bigger scale & sustainable impact
- Responsible for the strategy, management, communications, governance and technical aspect of the foundation projects
- Design communications strategy & ensure implementation to properly position Foundation projects internally & externally

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
**Education**
- University graduate preferably with a degree in communications or development field

**Work Experience**
- +10 years with experience in communications &/or development field

**Additional skills**
