**Maintenance Management**

- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

- Lead troubleshooting, repairs, and reliability improvement initiatives.

- Ensure optimal availability and efficiency of all equipment and facilities.

- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and service contracts.

**Project & Capital Management**

- Oversee maintenance-related projects from initiation to completion.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.

- Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and manage vendor relationships.

- Coordinate capital investment projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

**People & Team Leadership**

- Lead and develop maintenance teams (white-collar and blue-collar).

- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and foster a culture of safety and accountability.

**Process, Safety & Compliance**

- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.

- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

- 8-12 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.

- Proven experience managing maintenance operations, projects, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
