**Job Description**:

- Coordination between all shop drawings disciplines. And IFC drawings
- Preparation of coordination/shop and as-built drawings
- Preparation of purchase requests for permanent materials procured by site team.
- Evaluation of technical submittals for project materials procured by site team.
- Establish with the Construction Manager the construction methodology of arc. items
- Analyze the IFC drawings and project specification documents to understand project scope thoroughly and to raise technical queries well in advance to facilitate the execution works.
- Support the Construction Section Heads / Engineers procedures, bar bending schedule, rebar detailing drawings.
- Reviewing tender documents/ drawings and preparing technical offers and putting estimating etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized and reputed University.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years’ work experience in similar position.
- Fluency in English and preferably Arabic
- Must be Proficient in computer skills including REVIT, Navis Works, AutoCAD (3D), MS Office Suite, Power Point, PDF Editing.
- Proven experience with technical drawings and details & prepare material submittals.
- Extensive knowledge of preparing BOQs (in both Arabic & English languages) including quantity surveys.
- Knowledge of design standards, local codes, and government regulations.
