KarmSolar is currently looking to hire **Electrical TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER** who designs for potential projects, supervise on constructions, help in conducting QC processes, & projects testing & commissioning.

1. Working as a lead engineer on multiple CAPEX projects in a fast paced and dynamic process
driven environment.
2. Diligent contractor selection and management across all project phases.
3. Focusing to ensure agreed budget, time and financial expenditure forecasting targets are
met.
4. Providing support to the business during the project lifecycle, e.g., bid tendering through to
post implementation, accurately estimating cost, resources, timeline and risk for engineering
projects and activities
5. Contributing to developing the design of engineering solutions and systems within the built
environment
6. Producing electrical designs and drawings for a wide range of projects
7. Producing reports to support design concepts that show compliance with standards and
best practice guides
8. Producing electrical engineering specifications for a wide range of projects
9. Carrying out site surveys inspecting existing installations in accordance with regulation.
10. Carrying out inspections on ongoing installations reviewing progress, quality, and
performance

11. Contributing to developing the design of engineering solutions and systems within the built environment

**Educational background, Skills and Experience required**:
1. Electrical engineering degree with a base knowledge of power generation and process control
systems.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering Work
3. Professional in AutoCAD, MS-office.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to write clear, concise, and
comprehensive technical documentation
5. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
6. Able to manage concurrent schedules, and competing priorities
7. Knowledge of Electrical Code, PV-related sections.
8. Experience with medium voltage system design highly desirable
9. Experience with system modeling and production estimation software highly
desirable

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
