Preparing and executing a resource plan and ensure work methods and work programs are in place to meet work schedules, and considering proper planning of human and plant resources.
- Managing, supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction site for a given project.
- Analyzing requirements and propose solutions in accordance to project specifications.
- Coordinating work activities with Subcontractors, Supervisor, Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring assigned sectional works are on time and within budget by monitoring productivity and controlling payments.
- Ensuring HSE standards are maintained on site at all times by assessing any hazards, determining risks, conducting regular inspections and maintaining a safety program.
- Monitoring progress on site and putting in place corrective measures for any possible delays.
- Working with the financial and commercial team to monitor cost.
- Attending meetings and communicating with all stakeholders including the client, authorities and consultants, ensuring all parties are kept updated with progress on site.
- Ensuring works are completed to the highest quality standards and to the specification on the drawings.
- Ensuring that the materials are being controlled and ordered in an efficient manner.
- Monitoring ad hoc construction activities e.g., site establishment, logistics, temporary works, scaffolding and welfare facilities.
- Any others as instructed by the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: E£4,000.00 - E£6,000.00 per month

- Alexandria: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
