- Delivering Supply chain resilience, and complexity reduction projects according to plan.
- Work closely with GDC in global projects and cascading to NALI countries, leading the projects till implementation.
- Leading specifications management for packaging projects and general portfolio on AWS
- Ensuring all packaging material (PAM) and palletization pattern (P&P) specs are successfully created and approved in AWS for successful BOM creation.
- Ensuring SAP-PLM system for BOM creations & approvals when required, Supports the implementation of specifications and reflecting regional / local technical requirements.
- Leading promotion, AW change, co-packing projects where necessary, and Support in competitor benchmarking.
- Building and maintaining relations with existing /new suppliers and developing them while supporting related company functions to solve packaging related Supply Chain manufacturing issues, Quality issues and Consumer Complaints.
- Supporting execution of tests & trials at laboratory, pilot plant or full factory scale and reporting of test & trial outcomes and contributing to risk assessment and executing risk management plans for projects.

**Job Key Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in same field (R&D development department / Supply Chain packaging filling lines / Quality Assurance in packaging)
- Experience and knowledge of 2D and 3D visualization software packages (preferable)
- Excellent team player, good communicator
- Strong Communications skills
- Excellent English written / verbal
- Stakeholder management
- Attention to details
