Job Role: Oracle HCM Consultant

Location: Alexandria, Egypt ( Onsite )

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Analyzing business rules and requirements
- Preparing business process documentation
- Deploy the Applications Implementation methodology (AIM).
- Create TE040, BR100, BR070, and BR110 for HCM modules.
- Setup, configure, and test Integration with the modules: Financials, Compensation Workbench
- End User Training
- Build User Guide for the trainees
- Interact and cooperate with technical consultants (Workflow, Developer & DBA
- Customer Support

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software, computer engineer or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Applications implementation.
- Result-oriented decisive leader to maintain high quality standards.
- Spoken Language Arabic.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
