Key Responsibilities:
- Scoping, design, testing, implementation, debugging and system integration of software components in moderately complex areas-
- Identify, track and resolve software defects in moderately complex areas- Create documentation to assist customer with product installation, configuration and problem diagnosisRequired Skills, Experience & Education:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server platforms is a plus.- Experience with DBMS, such as SQL Server and Oracle is a plus.- Experience with Web servers, Apache Tomcat & IIS preferable.- 2+ years of relevant or related experience in software support and implementation.- Good problem solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and written skills.- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
