**Purpose of the job**

Configuring, installing, and delivering standard and advanced network solutions for large enterprise customers.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Provide technical advice for junior engineers during the delivery of corporate customers solutions.
- Responsible for projects technical management to confirm customer technical requirements, initiating HW purchase requests, validating solution compatibility from backbone side and validating the project deliverables with the customer.
- Handle complex data network connectivity solutions like integrating various voice, data and security services over IP backbone.
- Schedule, implement and deliver new corporate customer multiple solutions like internet, data (L3VPN, L2VPN), VOIP, IP hosted call center, conferencing, SSL-VPN, and security over different media types (Leased Lines, Wi-Max, Wi-Fi, Fiber, 3G, APN, ADSL, Microwave).
- Provide project aspects, such as MRTG, line quotes, LAN and WAN IPs.
- Responsible for provisioning LINK backbone nodes as Cisco, Juniper, core switches and DSLAMs to fulfil customer demand.
- Handle customer premises equipment (CPE) configuration such as cisco routers and switches, Juniper routers, voice gateways, modems, wireless equipment, Ethernet extenders and Firewall.
- Coordinate with other ISPs to finalize configuration of the connections installed in their exclusive locations and configure it on the NNI.
- Install global connectivity customers to their nodes in EGYPT as well as their multinational customers connected to these nodes.
- Collaborate with the vendors during solution preparation phase for optimum solution delivery.
- Work closely with Core and Design teams to reach optimal solutions for non-standard requirements.
- Provide NDD team with customer setup from backbone and customer side to use such information in any new proposals.
- Coordinate and follow up with concerned departments such as Capacity planning, technicians, supply chain and project managers to ensure that customers technical solution will be successfully delivered.
- Participate with Enterprise Project manager in some corporate customers meetings to discuss and explain complex technical solutions before implementation.
- Prepare and run lab tests for any new features or equipment to ensure there are no technical issues before installation at customer site.
- Handle pre-WI-MAX surveys and implementations for corporate customers
- Create and maintain solutions documentation and provide technical training related to the new non-standard solutions to facilitate support cycle.
- Conduct customer training sessions related to the integrated services (IPT/IPCC, conferencing ,SSL-VPN) installed at customers premises

**Job specification**:
**Education**

Bachelor degree in Communication or Computer Engineering

CCIP (Route, BGP, MPLS, QOS), certification is preferable and CCNA certificate is a must.

**Experience**

3- 4 years of experience.

**Skills and abilities**

Very good written and spoken English.

Very good communication, problem solving and negotiations skills.
