**Role Purpose**:
Release/Issue Technical Solution/Proposal for Business Complex(triple play services)

**Job Responsibility**:

- Qualify opportunity from Technical point of view
- Collect customer requirements and needs.
- Gather needed information from customer to release proposal for needed services.
- Define scope of work.
- Manage internal & external activities/tasks needed to draft first version of Technical proposal.
- Sign off Technical proposal internally before release to customer.
- Support sales during negotiations phase with customer.
- Upon deal closure handover deal to project management team for delivery.
- In case of opportunity loss, issue comprehensive loss analysis and update/create action log to cover gaps.
- Keep aligned with service(s) updates internally, within market and requested by customers.
- Keep track and record for all opportunities and deals.
- Report in weekly/monthly basic forecast, opportunities and closed deal.

**Competencies and Qualifications Required**:

- Presale experience.
- Triple play services experience(design, delivery, operation).
- Business Complex & Gated community experience.
- Fixed Connectivity solutions experience.
- GPON Active Components/Solutions experience.
- FTTx Passive components/Solutions experience.
- Data Network Solutions experience.
- TV Service Solutions experience.
- Voice service Solutions experience.
- Data Center/infrastructure experience.

**Must have Technical / professional qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering in communication/computer science
- Minimum 4-6 years of work experience.
- Technical certification/accreditation (preferred)
- English language fluency
