Coman Quality Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- The job role will be based in CoMan at time of rproduction to ensure complaimnce of quality & food safety.
- Lead culture change for quality & food safety to ensure CoMan development.
- Lead training agenda for devoplopment of CoMan team compentancycx
- Conduct periodical witness sessions/Proficiency testing of CoMan laboratory testing in a timely manner to ensure accurate laboratory testing of CoMan Lab team as per Pepsico Standard that mitigate any risk of poor lab testing. (E)
- Carry out periodical checks on finished product as per standard sampling protocol & testing to ensure that finish product is compliant against product specification (ex; product quality, packaging quality). (D)
- Approve any process change validations/qualifications to ensure stability of product quality. (D)
- Manage customer complaints & ensure that they are investigated by CoMan team. Review corrective actions with tracking & monitoring of CoMan Customer complaints. (D)
- Develop & Report CoMan Quality KPIs to business to ensure that CoMan is compliant to PepsiCo standard. (E)
- Coordinate & schedule of external audits (AIB/GFSI) on CoMan facilities with review audits reports & ensure that there is a solid action plan based on audits nonconformities. (E)
- Ensure that key food safety contingency protocols are compliant (ex; ensure that Mock recall is conducted periodically forward or backward for effective product trackability if needed). (D)
- Training & coaching of CoMan team on Pepsico food safety standards as well as product quality procedures. (E)
- Monitors and validates the hygiene standards within the manufacturing environment through looking at periodical microbiology environmental sampling and testing according to the preset protocols and reports results accordingly. (E)
- Review and approve daily product quality score cards issued from CoMan Team, and ensures all results complies with agreed Pepsico standards. And consequently, issue quality reports on weekly & monthly basis.
- Conduct Food safety audits & raise food safety nonconformities/risks & communicate with CoMan team to agree on solid action plan with a timeframe based on criticality to ensure production of safe product.
- Tracking of all food safety nonconformities & follow up of corrective actions addressed for CoMan to ensure that corrective actions are taken & risk is mitigated with no risk on consumer.
- Ensures compliance of CoMan to procedures & protocol of raw material receiving to ensure no risk from any failure in raw material receiving process.
- Coordinate reporting of nonconformities of raw material to Pepsico suppliers through standard SQA process.
- Conduct QSHA Audits (Quality System Health Audit) to ensure that quality programs are implemented & effective to monitor any product quality deviations from the standard parameters, and reports risks and mitigations for any deviations took place.
- Conduct ASHA Audits (Analytical System Health Audits); to ensure that Lab procedures are effective and robust for proper controls on production lines by lab testing & procedures.

Qualifications:

- Food Safety Expereience
- Certified as a Safety Auditor
- Total Quality Approach
- Experience in Quality Control Management of similar position.
- Technical Knowledge of Quality Management System & concepts.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control techniques.
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills
- Fluent English language
- Computer literate.
