We're seeking an individual with 3-5 years of experience, preferably with an agency background, who can seamlessly elevate our visual storytelling.

Role and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficiency in both graphic design and illustration, producing visually stunning and cohesive artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Create engaging designs for social media platforms, print collateral, and branding materials, ensuring consistency and creativity across different mediums.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and branding teams to maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design elements.

Stay Updated on design trends and emerging technologies, adapting your skills to meet the evolving needs of our creative projects.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines without compromising quality.

Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to bring projects to life.

Skills and Qualifications Required

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATION to SUCCEED as a FLAIRSTECH Marketing Generalist**:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, applied arts, or related field.

3-5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer

Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and illustration projects.

Experience working on company profiles, presentations, and marketing collaterals is a must.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Understanding of social media design trends and best practices.

Print design experience with a keen eye for detail.

Strong conceptualization and visual communication skills.

Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to bring projects to life.
