Gated Communities Sales

**Role Purpose**:
Execute the Gated Communities Sales plan to increase sales volume, achieve the preset business objectives and revenue targets as well as expanding Vodafone footprint in the market in alignment with the overall company strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve the monthly sales targets by successfully implementing the gated communities sales plan/strategy.
- Implement the business plan to expand company market share and customer base.
- Build strong and solid customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Work with the concerned stakeholders on the projects’ business cases of different propositions to ensure maintaining the targeted profitability & ROI.
- Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive compounds sales opportunity pipeline.
- Initiate and coordinate the sales development plans and the required tools to penetrate new areas/accounts.
- Assess customer’s needs, demonstrate products and provide technical orientation on the gated communities products and services.
- Develop strategic partnerships with the market leaders in order to maximize the company benefit and increase the gated communities market share.
- Draft and validate the required proposals and contracts with the internal stakeholders.
- Develop the required initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers with the service features and customer benefits
**Core Competencies and Qualifications**:
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Strong Analytical and financial understanding skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
