**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Design and implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive cultural transformation initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Design and deliver training programs to develop employees' skills and capabilities in alignment with business goals.
- Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and improve overall employee satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements.
- Support the performance management process by providing guidance and training to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees and managers.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on organizational development and training.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
- Experience with change management initiatives and organizational culture transformation.
- SHRM or CIPD certification is a plus.
