**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical and coordination support to the assigned banks that will enable the sales management and IA’s & CAE to achieve their objectives.
- Support the development of professional processes and supervision, coordinate activities with other departments of AZ Egypt.
- Compile and support the analysis of all data relevant to the banks activities. Support the BA P&C sales manager at all times while upholding Allianz Egypt standards, policies and procedures.
- Having direct contact with bank/banks management on a higher level.
- Having no authority over Assistant Managers or sales force while following up on them.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Insurance Industry.
- Sales/ field experience.
- Diplomatic attitude and aptitude in providing partnership and customer focus.
